How It's Made
Bond paper is printed in CMYK on a flat sheet, then cut and folded using envelope-making machinery. Gum is applied to the flap using food-grade adhesive. Finished envelopes are bundled in packs of 50 or 100. All printed matter is checked for colour accuracy and registration before dispatch.
FAQ
Can I print on the back of the envelope? Yes. Back printing (flap or base) is available for an additional cost. Common uses include a return address on the flap or a promotional message on the back face.
Do you offer window envelopes? Yes. A die-cut glassine window can be added to align with address printing on enclosed documents. Specify window position and size when ordering.
What is the minimum order? 100 envelopes per design. Orders of 500+ receive a significant per-unit price reduction.
