What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, PNG, JPG, and SVG files. For best results, provide vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) at 300 DPI resolution.
Can you help with design?
Absolutely! We offer FREE design assistance. Share your ideas, and our expert designers will create a custom design for you at no extra cost.
Will I get a proof before printing?
Yes, we send a digital proof via email/WhatsApp for your approval before printing. No printing starts without your confirmation.
Delivery & Shipping
What is the delivery time?
Standard delivery: 3-5 business days. Express delivery: 24-48 hours (available in Bangalore). Same-day printing available for urgent orders.
Do you deliver outside Bangalore?
Yes! We deliver across India. Shipping charges apply based on location and weight. Free shipping on orders above ₹999 within Bangalore.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.

What if I receive a damaged product?
