A4 document envelopes are sized to carry A4 sheets flat or folded once, ensuring documents arrive uncreased and professionally presented. At 9x4 inch (equivalent to the DL long-format used for A4 tri-folds), these envelopes are the standard for corporate correspondence, invoices, legal documents, and official notices. Printed on 90 GSM bond with your company header, logo, and branding in CMYK, they make every outgoing document an extension of your brand identity.
Bond paper sheets are printed in CMYK using offset press for quantities of 500+, and digital press for smaller runs. Sheets are cut and folded on automated envelope-folding machines. Gum is applied to the top flap and cured before packing. Finished envelopes are bundled and boxed for delivery.
Will A4 sheets fit without folding? The 9x4 inch size is designed for A4 tri-folded documents (folded into thirds). For flat A4 documents, our A4 size flat envelope (C4 format — 12.8x9 inch) is recommended instead.
Can I include a return address on the back flap? Yes. Back flap printing is available. Provide your return address details or full artwork for the reverse side.
What is the lead time? Standard orders are dispatched in 3-5 business days. Bulk orders (1,000+) may require 5-7 business days.
