No Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All orders are final and tailored to your specific requirements.

Replacement Policy for Damaged Products

We only offer replacements if your product arrives damaged. To qualify for a replacement, please follow the process below:

  1. Make a video: Upon receiving your package, please carefully inspect the product. If you notice any damage, kindly record a clear video showing the unboxing and the damage to the product.
  2. Share the video: Send the video to our support team at support@printigly.in along with your order details (Order Number, Date of Purchase, and Contact Information).
  3. Replacement Process: Once we verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement of the product. Please note, replacements will only be issued if the damage is confirmed through the video.

Conditions for Replacement

  • The video must be recorded during the unboxing of the product.
  • The damage must be visible and clearly shown in the video.
  • Requests for replacement must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if these conditions are not met.
