⚠️ Important — Please Read Before Ordering
  • Custom printed products cannot be returned once produced correctly — they are made specifically for you.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued only when the error is on Printigly's side (wrong print, defective quality, damaged item).
  • If you approved a design proof and the print matches it, we cannot offer a refund for personal preference changes.
  • Colour variations of up to 10–15% between screen and print are normal for all printing. This is not eligible for a refund.

What's Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement if:

✅ Eligible Cases

  • The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong size, wrong quantity, wrong product)
  • The print has manufacturing defects — blurry print, ink smudge, misaligned cut, major colour defect
  • The item was damaged during shipping and you report it within 48 hours of delivery
  • The order was never delivered and tracking shows it lost in transit
  • We printed the wrong design (different from the file you submitted)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Follow these steps to raise a refund or replacement request:

Take photos of the issue Clear photos of the defective/wrong product, including packaging if damaged in transit.

We review your request Our team will review within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility.

Refund or replacement initiated Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Replacements are reprinted and dispatched.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
  • Cash orders are refunded via bank transfer — please provide your account details.
  • UPI refunds typically reflect within 2–3 business days.
  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel within 2 hours of order placement for a full refund — before production begins.
  • Once production has started, cancellation is not possible as materials are already in use.
  • For cancellation requests, WhatsApp +91 7204910047 immediately with your Order ID.
  • Bulk orders cancelled mid-production may incur a partial charge for materials already consumed.

⚠️ Tip: Always confirm your design file, size, and quantity carefully before placing an order. Custom printing begins almost immediately after payment.

Replacement Policy

For eligible defects, we prefer to offer a free replacement over a refund, as it is faster and ensures you get your product.

  • Replacement orders are given priority production and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • You do not need to return the defective product unless specifically asked.
  • Replacement shipping charges are fully covered by Printigly for eligible defect cases.
  • If you prefer a refund instead of replacement, we are happy to process that too.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product.
  • We will file a claim with the courier and send you a replacement or refund.
  • For lost shipments (tracking shows no movement for 7+ days), contact us and we will investigate.
  • Do not discard damaged packaging — it may be needed for the courier's insurance claim.
