Custom Round Neck T-Shirts – EcoBlend are 65% polyester, 35% cotton blend, 180 GSM, regular fit, printed using direct-to-film (DTF) transfer, available from 10 pieces upward from Printigly's Bangalore facility, established 1984.

What Are EcoBlend Round Neck T-Shirts?

EcoBlend is a 65/35 polyester-cotton blend fabric weighing 180 GSM. The regular fit suits most body types. DTF printing bonds a full-colour film directly to the fabric, producing sharper detail than screen printing on blended fabrics and requiring no minimum colour count.

How It's Printed

The artwork is printed onto a PET film using pigment inks, then heat-transferred onto the t-shirt at 160°C under controlled pressure. The adhesive layer bonds to both polyester and cotton fibres, making it suitable for blended fabrics. Print area for chest placement is up to 30 × 35 cm.

Will the print crack after washing?
DTF prints are rated for 50+ machine washes when washed inside-out at 30°C. Avoid bleach and tumble drying.

How long does delivery take in Bangalore?
