What Are AeroPiq Nano Poly Polo T-Shirts?
AeroPiq uses nano polyester — a fine-denier polyester yarn with a tighter weave than standard performance fabric. At 170 GSM it is lighter than most polo fabrics while retaining structural integrity. The quick-dry finish makes it suited to warm and humid environments like Bangalore.

How It's Printed
DTF printing deposits artwork onto PET film using pigment inks rated for polyester substrates. The film is heat-transferred at 160°C onto the polo chest. Nano polyester's smooth surface provides uniform adhesion, resulting in precise edge definition for logos and text. Print area up to 30 × 35 cm.
