How It's Printed
Loyalty cards are produced on 300 GSM coated art card through CMYK offset printing. The stamp box grid on the reverse is printed as part of the same CMYK pass, ensuring clean box borders and consistent sizing across the run. Cards are guillotine-cut to 85×54mm with rounded corners available as an option. Surface finish (gloss or matte) is applied as a UV coat to protect against handling wear.
