How It's Made
Acrylic sheets are laser-cut to the specified dimensions with polished edges. For engraved plates, a CO2 laser removes the top surface layer to create a frosted contrast finish — ideal for gold/silver acrylic. For UV-printed plates, a flatbed UV printer applies full-colour artwork with scratch-resistant inks cured immediately on the surface. Desk stands are slot-fitted; door-mount hardware is attached before shipping.
FAQ
Can I include a company logo on the name plate? Yes — upload your logo as a PNG or vector file (AI, EPS, SVG). Logo placement, size and colour are confirmed with you before production.
What is the difference between laser-engraved and UV-printed? Laser engraving creates a permanent frosted recess in the acrylic — no ink, no fading. UV printing supports full colour but is surface-applied. For premium longevity, laser engraving on coloured acrylic is recommended.
