A 24x20cm desk mouse pad with a 3mm natural rubber anti-slip base and a smooth 300 GSM polyester fabric top surface. Full-colour designs are sublimation-printed — the dye bonds permanently into the fabric fibres for vibrant, wash-resistant output with no cracking or peeling. How It's Made

Design files are printed on sublimation transfer paper using water-based sublimation inks at 300 DPI. The transfer paper is placed on the polyester fabric top and heat-pressed at 200°C for 60 seconds — the heat causes the ink to vaporise and permanently bond into the fabric fibres. The printed fabric is then bonded to the 3mm rubber base using a pressure-sensitive adhesive and the edges are stitched with matching thread to prevent fraying over time.

FAQ

Can each mousepad have a different design or name? Yes — variable data print allows a unique design on every piece, so a 40-person onboarding batch can carry 40 different names. There is no per-design minimum.

Are extended gaming-size mousepads available? Yes — 30x25cm and 80x30cm extended sizes are available. Contact us before placing your order for custom size pricing.

How do I clean a custom mousepad? Hand-wash with mild soap and cold water; air dry flat. Do not machine wash or iron — sublimation inks are water-resistant but heat-sensitive at high temperatures.
