How It's Printed
Cards are printed on sheet-fed offset presses using CMYK inks at 150 LPI screen ruling, which handles both photographic elements and flat illustrated designs efficiently. After printing, gloss lamination is applied via a hot-roll laminator to protect the surface and enhance colour saturation. A6 cards are gang-run to minimise setup costs, making small quantities economically viable.
