🎨 Design Services Policy
Printigly provides in-house design support for print orders. Please read our design service terms carefully before placing your order.
- First 10 minutes are complimentary — covers basic layout adjustments, text placement, and minor tweaks to your provided artwork.
- Design work beyond 10 minutes is charged on an hourly basis. Our team will inform you of the estimated time and cost before proceeding.
- Design charges apply to: custom design creation, major revisions, logo design, artwork reconstruction, and format conversions from scratch.
- You will receive a preview/mockup for approval before your order goes to print — this does not incur additional charges.
- Design files created by Printigly remain the property of Printigly unless a separate design ownership agreement is made in writing.
- Customers are encouraged to provide print-ready files (PDF, AI, CDR at 300 DPI with bleed) to avoid design charges.

Data Security
