How It's Made
Paper bags are printed on roll stock using CMYK offset press, then laminated for protection and finish. Printed sheets are cut and folded using bag-making machinery. Rope handles are threaded and anchored at the punch-hole points. Bags are boxed flat for delivery and stand upright when opened. Lamination adds stiffness and a premium hand feel.

Are the bags suitable for heavy items? 170 GSM kraft with lamination supports up to approximately 2-3 kg. For heavier items, we recommend adding internal reinforcement or choosing a thicker stock — contact us to discuss.
Can I get custom sizes? Yes. Custom dimensions are available for larger quantities (typically 200+). Provide your width, height, and gusset dimensions when requesting a quote.
Are these bags eco-friendly? Kraft paper bags are made from recyclable, biodegradable material. Unlaminated kraft bags are fully compostable. Laminated variants are recyclable in paper streams after handle removal.
