These are 6-panel structured caps with a pre-curved peak and adjustable back strap (snap or velcro). The fabric is a polyester-cotton blend that holds shape without stiffening excessively in heat. Two print methods are available: embroidery for raised, thread-based logos, and DTF for flat full-colour artwork. Embroidery is more durable for text and simple logos; DTF supports photographic and multi-colour designs.

How It's Printed
For DTF, the front panel artwork is transferred using heat at 160°C before the cap is fully assembled, ensuring flat-surface adhesion without distortion from the crown curve. For embroidery, a digitised stitch file is run on a multi-head machine — logo complexity determines stitch count and production time. Standard turnaround for embroidery is 1 day longer than DTF.
