A 24x20cm desk mouse pad with a 3mm natural rubber anti-slip base and a smooth 300 GSM polyester fabric top surface. Full-colour designs are sublimation-printed — the dye bonds permanently into the fabric fibres for vibrant, wash-resistant output with no cracking or peeling. How It's Made

Design files are printed on sublimation transfer paper using water-based sublimation inks at 300 DPI. The transfer paper is placed on the polyester fabric top and heat-pressed at 200°C for 60 seconds — the heat causes the ink to vaporise and permanently bond into the fabric fibres. The printed fabric is then bonded to the 3mm rubber base using a pressure-sensitive adhesive and the edges are stitched with matching thread to prevent fraying over time.

Can each mousepad have a different design or name? Yes — variable data print allows unique designs per piece. Ideal for employee name mousepads. Minimum 10 pieces total, no per-design minimum.
