What Are Custom Flyers?

A flyer is an unfolded single-sheet print, typically A5 (148×210mm) or A6 (105×148mm), printed on 130 GSM coated art paper. CMYK printing is applied single-sided or double-sided depending on design requirements. Gloss finish gives vibrant colour saturation; matte finish reduces glare for text-heavy designs. Flyers are the standard format for mass distribution at events, in-store counters, door-to-door campaigns, and point-of-sale displays.

How It's Printed

Flyers are sheet-fed through a CMYK offset press on pre-cut 130 GSM coated stock. Ink is applied in four passes — cyan, magenta, yellow, and black — achieving colour accuracy within 2 Delta-E of the supplied file. After printing, a UV coating (gloss or matte) is applied inline to protect the surface and enhance colour depth. Sheets are guillotine-cut to final size with ±1mm tolerance.
