Custom Round Neck T-Shirts – Biowash Cotton are 100% biowash-treated cotton, 180 GSM, regular fit, printed using direct-to-film (DTF) transfer, available from 5 pieces upward from Printigly’s Bangalore facility, established 1984.
Biowash is an enzymatic finishing process applied to 100% cotton fabric that removes surface fibres, producing a smoother hand-feel and reducing pilling compared to standard cotton. At 180 GSM it is mid-weight — substantial enough for structured printing without being heavy. DTF printing delivers photographic-quality full-colour output on cotton.
Artwork is output onto PET film with water-based pigment inks, then transferred to the t-shirt using a heat press at 160°C. The biowash surface accepts the adhesive layer uniformly, reducing the risk of uneven bonding seen on textured cotton. Maximum chest print area is 30 × 35 cm.
