Custom lanyards are 900 mm × 15 mm polyester neck cords printed using sublimation or screen print at Printigly's Bangalore facility, established 1984, for ID card holding, events, and corporate branding.
Lanyards are 900 mm × 15 mm polyester neck cords used to hold identity cards, access passes, keys, and USB drives. Printed using sublimation for all-over, vibrant pattern printing or screen print for solid colour logo printing on a flat polyester surface. Fitted with a metal swivel hook or plastic J-clip attachment. Used for employee ID systems, corporate events, trade shows, schools, and hospitals.
Sublimation lanyards use heat-transfer dye printing that bonds directly into the polyester fibres for wash-resistant, full-colour output. Screen-printed lanyards use PVC ink applied through a stencil mesh for crisp single-colour or multi-colour logos. After printing, clips are crimped onto the cord ends and a safety breakaway connector is optionally added.
