How We Print
Backlit flex face is printed on 200-micron backlit vinyl with LED-optimised inks, then mounted in a powder-coated aluminium frame with LED arrays behind. Edge-lit acrylic is laser-engraved or UV-printed on the back surface; LEDs are mounted in the edge channel with diffuser tape. Channel letters are CNC-cut from aluminium, painted, and LED-filled. All wiring uses ISI-certified components.
