How It’s Printed
Cards are printed in full-colour CMYK on 350 GSM matboard using offset printing for precise dot reproduction on the heavier substrate. After printing, a velvet soft-touch laminate film is heat-bonded to the print surface under controlled roller pressure. The anti-scratch coating is integrated into the laminate layer, not applied separately. Sheets are then guillotine-cut to 90 mm × 54 mm with clean square corners.
