How It's Made
The heart-shaped acrylic blank is cut to shape using a CNC laser, then the photo is engraved at 300 DPI across the panel surface using a CO₂ laser — converting tonal values into engraving depth so the LED light reproduces visible contrast across the image. The name or text is engraved separately in a chosen font at the base of the heart. The finished panel is fitted into the LED base, tested, and packed in a gift box.
