How It's Made
For metal picture keychains, a sublimation-coated aluminium insert is printed using dye-sublimation heat transfer at 200°C, permanently bonding the image into the metal surface for fade resistance. For acrylic versions, a UV flatbed printer cures colour inks directly onto the panel. Both variants are fitted with a stainless-steel key ring and inspected for print clarity before dispatch.
