How It’s Printed
Cards are printed in full-colour CMYK on 300 GSM art card sheets using offset printing, which holds finer dot detail than digital presses at this paper weight. After printing, each sheet passes through a thermal lamination unit applying the soft-touch matte film under controlled pressure. Sheets are then guillotine-cut to 90 mm × 54 mm with square corners as standard.
