Letter paths are CNC-routed (PVC foam), laser-cut (acrylic), or water-jet cut (stainless/aluminium) from vector artwork. Returns (depth sides) are bent and welded/glued to form the letter shell. PVC and acrylic letters are sprayed with automotive-grade paint or wrapped with cast vinyl. LED strips are fitted inside returns for halo effect, wired to a single driver box. Each letter is individually mounted with stud fixings recessed into the wall for an invisible mount.
