How We Print
The outer wrap sheet is offset-printed at full colour and colour-proofed before lamination. After lamination, the sheet is precision-cut, scored, and hand-wrapped around the greyboard core. Logos can be enhanced with foil stamping, embossing, or debossing. Interior fabric or foam inserts are cut and fitted separately. All rigid box assembly is done by hand at our Bangalore facility.
