How We Print
The box blank is printed flat in full colour using our digital press (for short runs) or offset (for 500+ units), then laminated and die-cut. Interior print is registered separately on the inner panel before the box is assembled. Our QC team checks every batch for colour accuracy and lock-tab integrity. Boxes ship flat-packed to reduce shipping costs for you.
