What Are EcoBlend Polo T-Shirts?

EcoBlend polos combine 65% polyester with 35% cotton at 190 GSM. The polyester component adds dimensional stability and reduces shrinkage, while cotton improves breathability and softness compared to 100% synthetic polos. DTF printing bonds to the blended surface with good durability across colour types.

How It's Printed

Artwork is transferred from PET film to the polo surface using heat at 160°C. The 35% cotton content in EcoBlend provides surface texture that anchors the DTF adhesive layer effectively. Full-colour prints up to 30 × 35 cm on chest or back placements are standard.
