These are food-grade ceramic mugs with your chosen photo, name, message or artwork printed directly into the surface using dye-sublimation heat transfer. The ink bonds with the glaze rather than sitting on top, making the print dishwasher-safe and resistant to fading. How It's Made
Your image is printed onto sublimation transfer paper using specialist inks, then heat-pressed onto the ceramic mug at 200°C for 90 seconds. At this temperature the glaze opens at a molecular level, the ink transfers permanently, and the surface seals as it cools. Each mug is inspected for colour accuracy and edge alignment before packing.
