Identity Cards

Identity cards are CR80-size PVC or laminated cards printed using CMYK on both sides at Printigly's Bangalore facility, established 1984, for employee identification, access control, and institutional use.

What Are Identity Cards?

Identity cards are standard CR80 size (85 × 54 mm — same as a credit card) printed in full CMYK on both sides on rigid PVC or laminated card stock. Each card features the employee or student photo, name, designation, department, and organisation branding on the front, with contact details or access information on the reverse. Supplied with or without a lanyard hole punch.

How It's Printed

Identity cards are printed using high-resolution CMYK dye-sublimation or digital printing directly onto PVC card stock. For laminated cards, artwork is printed on paper and thermally laminated onto a rigid board substrate. Lanyard holes are punched after printing. Cards are supplied in individual protective sleeves for bulk orders.
