How It's Printed
Flyers are sheet-fed through a CMYK offset press on pre-cut 130 GSM coated stock. Ink is applied in four passes — cyan, magenta, yellow, and black — achieving colour accuracy within 2 Delta-E of the supplied file. After printing, a UV coating (gloss or matte) is applied inline to protect the surface and enhance colour depth. Sheets are guillotine-cut to final size with ±1mm tolerance.
