What Are Circle Labels?
Circle labels are perfectly round adhesive stickers produced on BOPP film or coated paper. Available in diameters from 30mm (small seal-size) to 100mm (large product label), they are used as bottle seals, lid stickers, packaging closures, promotional stickers, and branding labels. CMYK printing supports full-colour artwork, logos, and text at any size within the circle.

How It's Made
Circle labels are printed on continuous roll stock using CMYK digital or offset press, then laminated for durability and finish. A precision die-cutter scores perfect circles without any variation in diameter across the run. Labels are supplied on sheets or on roll, depending on the quantity ordered.

What sizes are available? Standard sizes are 30mm, 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm diameter. Custom diameters are available with a die-cutting surcharge.
Can these be used as bottle cap seals? Yes. A 38mm or 50mm circle label works well as a bottle cap or lid seal. BOPP with permanent adhesive provides a tamper-evident bond on most smooth surfaces.
Is there a white ink option for transparent BOPP circles? Yes. We can add a white ink base coat to make colours fully opaque on clear film. Mention this requirement when placing your order.
