Multi-colour envelopes are branded envelopes printed in full CMYK across the entire face — background colours, patterns, gradients, photography, and detailed artwork — rather than a simple one or two-colour header. How It's Made

Full-colour artwork is printed on bond paper using CMYK offset or digital press, with particular care to maintain colour accuracy in large solid areas and gradients. Sheets are then laminated (if required), cut, scored, and folded into envelope format. Gum or peel-and-seal adhesive is applied before final packing. Colour proofing is available on request for brand-sensitive colour matching.

FAQ

Will dark background colours print accurately? Yes. We use high-density CMYK inks and ICC colour profiles to reproduce dark and saturated backgrounds accurately. Matte lamination enhances richness in dark prints.

Can I get a physical proof before the full run? Yes. A single-unit colour proof is available for an additional charge before production begins. Recommended for first-time orders with complex artwork.

Do you offer Pantone colour matching? Pantone matching (PMS) requires offset printing and is available for orders of 500+. For smaller quantities, we match as closely as possible within CMYK gamut.
