How We Print
The sleeve is printed flat in full colour, laminated, die-cut, and scored for clean folding. The tray is produced separately and sized to slide smoothly inside the sleeve with 1–2 mm clearance. Both components are assembled and inspected before dispatch. Foil stamping or embossing on the sleeve adds a tactile luxury element.
