Custom neon signs begin as vector artwork that our design team converts to a bending guide. LED neon rope is hand-bent to the guide, heat-set at bend points, and fixed to the laser-cut acrylic backing using clear UV adhesive and chrome standoff clips. Wiring is routed through the backing for a clean finish. Each sign is powered on for quality testing before packing. No glass, no gas, no breakage risk during shipping.

Can you replicate a specific font or logo in LED neon?
Yes. Send your font name or font file and we digitise the path for neon bending. For logos, vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are required. Script fonts and cursive lettering are the most popular â they translate naturally to the continuous bend of neon rope. Block/serif fonts are also achievable with clean corner bends.
Is LED neon safe for outdoor installation?
LED neon rope is IP65-rated (rain-resistant) when purchased in outdoor grade. We supply outdoor-grade neon signs on request with UV-stable silicone and weatherproofed connectors.
