How It's Made
The couple's names and date are typeset with the anniversary motif, then the full design is engraved into optical-grade acrylic at 300 DPI using a CO₂ laser — varying engraving depth to create the 3D refraction effect when lit. The wooden base is sanded and finished before the LED strip is fitted. Each lamp is assembled, tested for uniform illumination and packed in a gift-ready box.
