We accept PDF (preferred), AI, CDR, PSD, PNG, JPG. For best results, submit print-ready PDF files with bleed area, 300 DPI resolution, and CMYK color mode. Files can be sent via WhatsApp or email.

Minimum 300 DPI at actual print size for photos and raster graphics. For text and logos, vector formats (AI, PDF, CDR) are preferred as they scale without quality loss. Low-res images will print blurry.

Yes — we offer a free design mockup within 30 minutes for all orders. For complex designs, a small design fee may apply. Share your content/logo/text and we will create a professional layout for your approval.

Bleed is a 3mm border of artwork that extends beyond the final cut size. It prevents white edges if the cut is slightly off. For visiting cards (90x55mm), add 3mm bleed on all sides, making the file 96x61mm.

We can match Pantone and CMYK colors closely. Specify your Pantone code or CMYK values in your file. Note: colors on screen (RGB) always appear slightly different in print (CMYK). We recommend approving a digital proof.
