DTF Printing in Bangalore — Direct to Film T-Shirt Printing
DTF (Direct to Film) printing for vibrant, photo-quality designs on t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel. Works on any colour fabric. No setup fee. From ₹199/pc, min 10 pcs.
DTF (Direct to Film) printing is the most versatile and colour-accurate printing method available today. Unlike screen printing, DTF works on any fabric colour — black, white, red, navy, yellow — and reproduces photographic detail, gradients, and thousands of colours in a single pass with no setup fee. It’s the method we use for most small-to-medium batch orders (10–100 pcs) where design complexity and colour accuracy matter most. The print bonds chemically to fabric fibres, making it wash-resistant for 50+ washes without cracking or fading.

Any Colour, Any Design
DTF works on white, black, navy, red, yellow — any colour fabric. Reproduces gradients, photos, and complex artwork perfectly.
Wash-Resistant
DTF prints survive 50+ machine washes without cracking, peeling, or fading. Chemical bond to fabric fibres, not a surface coating.
No Setup Fee, No Minimum Colours
Unlike screen printing, DTF has zero setup fee and handles unlimited colours in one pass. Cost-effective from 10 pcs.
Precise Detail
DTF can reproduce fine lines, small text (6pt+), skin tones, and photographic detail that other methods can’t match.
What is DTF printing and how is it different from screen printing?
DTF (Direct to Film) prints your design via a transfer film heat-pressed onto fabric. It handles unlimited colours with no setup fee, works on any colour fabric, and is ideal for small-medium batches (10–200 pcs). Screen printing is better for very large batches (200+ pcs) with simple 1–3 colour designs.
Does DTF printing work on dark fabrics like black t-shirts?
Yes. DTF printing includes a white under-base layer, making it fully opaque on dark fabrics. Colours appear vibrant even on black or navy t-shirts.
How long do DTF prints last?
DTF prints last 50+ machine washes without significant fading or cracking. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water for maximum longevity.
Is DTF better than vinyl for t-shirt printing?
Yes for most uses. DTF is softer on fabric (no rubbery feel), handles complex multi-colour designs, and is more cost-effective for batches above 5 pcs. Vinyl is used for single-colour name/number printing on jerseys.
What file formats do you accept for DTF printing?
PNG (transparent background preferred), JPG, PDF, AI, PSD. We convert any format for printing. Higher resolution (300 DPI minimum) gives sharper results.
Is there a minimum order for DTF t-shirt printing?
Yes, minimum 10 pieces per design. For single custom pieces (1 pc), we charge ₹350 for a one-off DTF print.
