How We Print
We profile and RIP backlit artwork separately from standard print jobs â shadows are lifted, highlights are compressed, and saturation is tuned for the light-transmission shift. Printing is done on Epson SC-S80000 series UV printers at 1440 dpi. Output is test-mounted in a lightbox before dispatch to verify colour accuracy and even illumination with no hotspots.

Ideally yes. Backlit artwork should have higher contrast and brighter midtones than standard print artwork because light bleaches out shadows. If you send standard artwork, our pre-press team applies a backlit correction curve automatically â we will send a proof for approval.
