Tips for the Best Custom Mug Design
Photo Quality
Use the highest-resolution photo you have. Phone cameras from the last 5 years produce more than enough resolution (minimum 1000px × 1000px). Blurry photos will print blurry — there’s no fix in post-production.
File Format
JPG, PNG, or PDF. Send via WhatsApp or email. If you have text to add (names, dates, messages), just tell us — our designer will add it.
Background Colours
For full wraparound coverage, use a design with a solid or patterned background. If your photo has a white background, the white area will show as the base white of the mug — which is often fine but worth knowing.
Wrap or Centre Print?
Most mugs are centre-printed (the design appears on one side, visible when holding the handle in the right hand). Full wraparound prints are also available — a 360° design that goes all the way around.

Dye sublimation prints are dishwasher safe on the top rack. For magic mugs, hand washing is recommended to preserve the heat-sensitive coating longer.
