How We Make 2D Sign Boards
We receive your artwork (AI, PDF, PSD, or logo file) and prepare print-ready files at 1:1 scale. Our UV flatbed printer prints directly onto acrylic, PVC, or ACP sheet — no vinyl overlay, no peeling. The print is then UV-cured for outdoor durability. Boards are guillotine-cut for straight edges or CNC router-cut for rounded corners and custom shapes. We apply anti-scratch laminate on request and attach wall mounting studs or supply VHB tape for lightweight boards. All sign boards are quality-inspected before dispatch.

What is the difference between acrylic and PVC sign boards?
Acrylic gives a premium, glass-like finish and is ideal for professional settings like clinics, offices, and salons. It is harder and more scratch-resistant. PVC foam boards are lighter, cheaper, and suitable for indoor use, retail, or temporary signage. For outdoor use, 3mm ACP (aluminium composite panel) is the most durable choice.
Can you print any colour or logo on a 2D sign board?
Yes. We print full CMYK colour directly onto the board surface using UV-resistant inks. You can send us any logo, colour scheme, or design — or ask our design team for a free layout mockup before printing.
What file format should I send for my sign board design?
Best formats: AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF (print-ready), or high-resolution PNG/JPG (minimum 150 DPI at actual print size). If you only have a business card or logo, our designers can recreate it — free for orders above Rs 999.
How long does fabrication take?
Standard sizes (A4, A3, 1x2ft) are ready same-day for orders placed before noon. Medium sizes (2x3ft, 3x4ft) take 1 business day. Large boards and custom shapes take 2 to 3 business days. Express fabrication available for urgent requirements — WhatsApp us for availability.
Do you provide installation or fitting?
We supply all mounting hardware — wall studs, standoffs, or VHB double-sided tape — with your sign board. We do not provide on-site installation service, but our team will advise you on the best mounting method for your wall type.
Can I order a single sign board, or is there a minimum?
Minimum order is 1 piece. No minimum quantity. We regularly print single clinic name plates, single shop boards, and single office name displays.
