Custom Polo T-Shirts – Plain Organic Cotton are 100% GOTS certified organic cotton, 200 GSM, polo collar, two-button placket, grown and processed without synthetic pesticides or chemical finishes, printed using DTF, available from 10 pieces from Printigly's Bangalore facility, established 1984.
These polos use cotton certified under the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), which covers the entire supply chain from field to finished garment. At 200 GSM the fabric is mid-to-heavy weight, with a natural hand-feel distinct from chemically finished cotton. No optical brighteners or formaldehyde-based wrinkle treatments are used.
DTF printing is used on organic cotton using water-based pigment inks that do not contain azo dyes or heavy metals. The heat-transfer process at 160°C is applied without chemical pre-treatment of the fabric surface. This preserves the GOTS-compliant status of the garment for all standard artwork sizes up to 30 × 35 cm.
