We stand behind every order. Printing error on our side = free reprint or full refund, no questions asked.
1. Our Commitment
Printigly has been printing since 1984. Every order is quality-checked before dispatch. If something goes wrong due to our mistake, we make it right immediately.
2. Custom Printed Products
All products are custom-made to your specifications. We cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind once printing has started. Please review your design before approving.
3. Eligibility for Reprint or Refund

4. How to Raise a Complaint
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

5. Refund Timeline
- Reprints: 1-2 business days on priority
- Online refunds: 5-7 business days to original payment method
- Walk-in cash refunds: same day
6. Cancellations
- Before printing starts: Full refund
- After printing starts: Cannot be cancelled

7. Colour Disclaimer
A 5% colour variation between screen and print is normal (CMYK vs RGB). This is not a defect. For colour-critical work, request a physical proof before bulk printing.
8. Apparel Orders
- Size exchanges available if we shipped the wrong size
- Custom printed apparel cannot be returned if correct size was delivered
