Why 25 October and not 1 November: branded bulk is a production job, not a stock pull. Your logo has to be prepared for the chosen method, run on the items, quality-checked and packed, then shipped — 7–10 business days after you approve the mockup. Counting back from a Diwali around 8 November, 25 October is the last date we can commit to. We would rather publish an honest cut-off than take an order we cannot land.

Three lists, not one.

Each item, a different method.
A hamper is several materials in one box, and they do not all take a logo the same way. This is the detail most buyers only discover at mockup stage.
The bottle or flask in the hamper
Marks the steel itself, so it survives daily use and washing. Single colour by nature. This is usually the hero item in a hamper, so it is the one worth getting right.
The pen
Small mark, usually on the barrel or clip. Text below a certain size stops being legible on a pen — we will size it sensibly rather than shrink your full logo lockup.
The diary or notebook
Debossing presses the logo in without ink and reads as the more premium of the two, particularly on leatherette. UV print is the choice when the logo needs to stay in brand colours.
The mug, if included
The only item in a typical hamper where full-colour photographic printing is possible. Also the most fragile — a consideration if the hampers are being couriered individually.
Apparel, if you add a t-shirt or cap
Screen print for one or two colours at volume, DTF for full colour, embroidery on caps and polos. Our heat press handles up to A3, so large back prints are not available.
The outer box

All six methods run on our own machines in Bangalore. Two capability limits worth knowing before artwork: the heat press handles up to A3, and our offset press is single-colour Riso, so multi-colour flat work goes digital instead.

MOQ is 10. Our largest real enquiries have reached 500. The binding constraint shifts as the number grows — cost, then time, then distribution.
Spend up, keep it simple

Distribution becomes the real job
The production run takes meaningful time, so confirm in early October rather than mid-month. Decide up front how hampers get handed out — by department, by floor, or shipped individually — because it changes how we pack and label the consignment. A vector file — AI, EPS, SVG or PDF — plus a single-colour version if you have one. Vector matters because the same logo may be laser-engraved on the bottle, debossed on the diary and embroidered on a cap, and each method needs clean paths at a different size. Send what you have and we will tell you if it will hold up before anything goes to production.

Confirm by 25 October 2026. Diwali is around 8 November 2026, and branded bulk hampers need 7–10 business days for production and shipping after mockup approval.
