What Are Die Cut Stickers?

Die-cut stickers are precision-cut to the exact outline of your design — no rectangular border, no waste. Printed on BOPP film or vinyl, they can be any shape: your logo, a mascot, a product silhouette, or a completely freeform outline. Outdoor-grade vinyl stickers are UV-resistant and weatherproof, suitable for vehicles, windows, helmets, and outdoor equipment. Standard BOPP stickers are ideal for packaging, laptops, notebooks, and indoor surfaces.

How It's Made

Artwork is processed to extract a clean cut path from the design outline. Stickers are digitally printed in CMYK, then laminated. A flatbed or rotary die-cutter follows the vector cut path precisely, leaving a clean edge flush with the printed design. Kiss-cut variants (cut through sticker but not backing sheet) are available for sheet-format delivery.

FAQ

What file format is needed for the custom shape? Submit your design as a vector PDF or AI file with a separate die-cut path layer marked in a spot colour (e.g., "CutContour"). Our team will confirm the path before production.

What is the difference between outdoor-grade and standard stickers? Outdoor-grade vinyl stickers are UV-stabilised and rated for 3-5 years of outdoor exposure. Standard BOPP stickers are suitable for indoor use and low-exposure outdoor applications up to 12 months.

Can I order multiple designs in one order? Yes. Multiple designs can be combined in a single print run to meet the minimum order quantity of 50 units total.
